Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification. winmy8 targets processing of approved withdrawal requests within one to twenty-four hours. Requests submitted outside of standard processing hours may take longer. winmy8 does not charge fees on withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
The Platform operates primarily in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits will be converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing rate at the time of deposit. winmy8 is not responsible for fluctuations in cryptocurrency value between the time of deposit and the time of any subsequent conversion.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by winmy8 are subject to the specific promotional terms applicable at the time of the offer, as well as these general bonus terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must be rolled over the specified number of times (wagering requirement) before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. For example, a RM 100 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires total bets of RM 2,000 to be placed before the bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
winmy8 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close Accounts, in cases where it reasonably believes that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: using bonus funds in a manner designed to generate a guaranteed profit regardless of outcome; exploiting bonus offers through coordinated use with other accounts; placing opposing bets with bonus funds; and any other activity determined by winmy8 to constitute an attempt to exploit the bonus structure.
Where a Refer a Friend programme is active, referral bonuses will only be credited once the referred player has registered, completed KYC, and made a qualifying deposit. Self-referrals — including referrals to accounts that are connected to the referring player — are not permitted and will result in the forfeiture of any referral bonus.
All bets placed on the Platform are final once confirmed by winmy8's system. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of your bet selections — including match, market, stake, and odds — before confirming. winmy8 will not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been confirmed.
Odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that will apply to your bet. winmy8 reserves the right to correct any manifest error in odds pricing — including prices that are clearly erroneous — and to void bets placed at such incorrect prices.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed in the betting interface. winmy8 reserves the right to impose individual stake limits on any Account without providing prior notice, in particular where betting patterns suggest professional or systematic activity.
A bet may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: the relevant event being cancelled or abandoned; the bet being placed after the event has commenced where the market should have been suspended; a manifest pricing error; or where there is evidence of match fixing or event manipulation. Voided bets will have the stake returned to the Player's Account.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the winmy8 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
Consequence of Prohibited Conduct: winmy8 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account found to be engaged in Prohibited Conduct, withhold all funds pending investigation, report relevant information to the appropriate authorities, and pursue any other legal remedies available.
winmy8 may suspend an Account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to do so, including but not limited to: suspected breach of these Terms; ongoing KYC or compliance investigation; suspected fraudulent activity; or receipt of a chargeback request. During suspension, access to the Account — including deposits, withdrawals, and betting — will be restricted.
Following investigation, winmy8 may permanently close an Account where a breach of these Terms has been substantiated. In such cases, winmy8 may forfeit any balances held in the Account to the extent permitted by applicable law, or return verified deposits less any amounts owed to winmy8, at winmy8's absolute discretion.
You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Before processing a closure request, winmy8 will settle any outstanding bets and, where applicable, process any remaining eligible balance in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures. Players who close their Account and subsequently wish to re-register must complete full KYC verification upon re-registration.
Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or a permanent exclusion from the Platform.
